The course is a private, members-only facility, encompassing just 166 acres but still managing a par-72 layout that exceeds 7,200 yards. Previously flat land has been transformed into a course featuring elevation changes of over 40 feet, with both uphill and downhill shots. The course is framed by around 6,000 transplanted trees, with many heroic holes playing over and around four large lakes, complemented by dramatic bunkers.
