Wuzhong

Wuzhong City (吴忠市) is a prefecture-level city in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (宁夏回族自治区), located along the middle section of the Yellow River (黄河) in northwest China. Formerly known as Yinnan Prefecture (银南地区), Wuzhong became a prefecture-level city in 1998 and has developed into an important regional center for agriculture, ethnic culture, and ecological tourism.
