Day 1 Guiyang Arrival

Sightseeing and Activities: Qingyan Ancient Town
Accommodation: Guiyang

Upon your arrival, tour guide will pick you up from airport or train station and then transfer to your hotel in Guiyang city. Have a little bit rest and head to visit Qingyan Ancient Town, which is a famous historical and cultural towns in Guizhou Province, formed in the Hongwu years Ming dynasty.

Day 2 Guiyang – Anshun – Guiyang

Sightseeing and Activities: Huangguoshu Waterfall, Tunbao Village
Accommodation: Guiyang
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Have the breakfast at hotel, then drive about 2.5 hours to Qingyan Ancient TownQingyan Ancient Town, which is one of the largest waterfalls in China and East Asia located on the Baishui River in Anshun. The main waterfall is 67 m high and 83.3 m wide and a 134-meter-long curtain cave lies secretly behind the main fall.

After the visit, head to the Tunbao Village in Tianlong. Tianlong Village is one of these ancient Tun-Bao settlements built during the reign of Emperor Hongwu by the descendants of the soldiers of the expeditionary troops of the Ming Dynasty.

After the tour, drive back to Guiyang city for overnight.

Day 3 Guiyang – Kaili

Sightseeing and Activities: Kaili Ethnic Minority Museum, Qingman Village, Shiqiao Miao Village
Accommodation: Kaili

In the morning, drive 2.5 hours to Kaili and visit Kaili Ethnic Minority Museum, which displays some buildings, food and drink, costumes, festivals, production, recreation, etiquette, morals and beliefs etc. created by Miao People.

Then head to Qingman Village, where we can see the Miao ladies dressed in their beautiful and colorful dresses along with their traditional headdresses and silver accessories.

After taht, visit Shiqiao Miao Village. The Miao people there still lives a self-sufficient living style. The village is renowned for traditional paper-making. It is a nice place to experience and learn the traditional paper-making.
After all the tour, drive back to Kaili.

Day 4 Kaili

Sightseeing and Activities: Xijiang Miao Village, Datang Miao Village
Accommodation: Kaili
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Today you will continue to explore the real life of the Miao around Kaili.

In the morning, drive about an hour to Xijiang Miao Village, 80 kilometers away from Kaili, which is the largest Miao village in Asia. There are 12 natural villages, 1200 families and 6000 people, who dwell in wooden houses built by their hands.

Appreciate an amazing view of the nature and experience the local life here.

After lunch, drive to Datang Miao Village, which is famous for its distinctive style short skirt wore by Miao female. The Miao miniskirt, measures 16 centimeters in length, but is made from 7 meters of local cloth. At each festival, women often dress their hand-making miniskirt to dance.

After all the tour, drive back to Kaili.

Day 5 Kaili – Gulong village – Kaili

In the morning, drive about 2 hours to Gulong village to attend the Lusheng Festival. It is the grandest festival in the Miao and Dong ethnic areas of Guizhou province. After the tour, drive back to Kaili.

Day 6 Kaili – Guiyang

Drive about 3 hours back to Guiyang for your flight or train. Service ends.
