Wuyishan City (武夷山市), a county-level city in the northwest of Fujian Province, China, is part of the Nanping municipal region. It is located near the Jiangxi Province border and is known for its rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and cultural significance. Formerly known as Chong'an County, Wuyishan is famous for its proximity to the Wuyi Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized since 1999.
