    1

    Chengdu - Panda Base - Leshan - Mt. Emei: Chengdu Panda Base, Leshan Giant Buddha, Emei mountain square

    • 07:00am-08:00am

    Hotel pick-up. In the morning, the guide will meet you in your hotel and then head for Chengdu Panda Research Center.

    • 8:30am-11:00am

    Visiting Chengdu Research Center of Giant Panda Breeding. You will catch pandas’ feeding time, visit both adult and baby pandas houses and watch them eating fresh bamboo.

    • 11:00am-13:00pm

    Driving to Leshan. After visiting Chengdu Panda Base, we drive to Leshan with about 2 hours.

    • 13:00pm-14:00pm

    Lunch time.

    • 14:00pm-16:30pm

    Visiting Leshan Giant Buddha by walking up to the top of the hill. The grand Buddha was completed in 803 of Tang Dynasty after 90 year’s construction and enjoys the fame of the biggest sitting stone sculpture in the world, about 71- meter in height.

    • 16:30pm-17:15pm

    Driving to the foot of Mt.Emei(The vehicle we took from Chengdu will go back with the 1 day tour visitors, we will take another car to Emeishan), free visit Emei mountain square until about 18:00.

    • 18:30pm-19:30pm

    Sightseeing and dining at a local restaurant with the help of your guide. Emei Kungfu show may be suggested by the tour guide as an optional program, it is not compulsory.

    • 20:00pm

    Check in the hotel near the foot of the mountain.

    2

    Mt. Emei - Chengdu: Leidongping, Golden Submit, Golden temple, the silver temple, the huge Puxian Statue, Wannian Temple

    • 07:00am-09:00am

    Change to the local sightseeing bus and go up to Leidongping. Walk about 20 minutes to the cable car station, and take cable car to Golden Submit(Round way cable car 120RMB/person at your own expense).

    • 09:30am-11:30am

    Sightseeing on the mountain top - Golden Submit. visit Golden temple, the silver temple, the huge Puxian Statue, enjoy the magnificent view of the clouds, mountains, forest.

    • 11:30am-14:00pm

    Drive down to Wannian Temple by sightseeing bus, take the cable car one way up to visit the monastery(one way cable car up-going 65RMB/person at your own expense). Snacks at Wannian parking lot serve as lunch.

    • 14:00pm-17:00pm

    Hiking down the mountain from Wannian Temple to experience the beautiful nature of this mountain, passing Qingyin Pavilion, Moneky Zone until to WuxianGang bus station.

    • 17:00pm-18:00pm

    Drive down the mountain by sightseeing bus, then go to Emeishan Train station by our tour vehicle.

    • 18:00pm-20:00pm

    Take Bullet Train back to Chengdu. Tt is a ride about 1 hour and 12 minutes. The tour group will dismiss at Chengdu Railway Station.(Please be noted that, we will try to book the train tickets in the duration 18:00 to 20:00, the exact train number and timetable are not fixed yet, it depends on the availablity on the day.)
