Jingzhou Preserved Fruit(Vegetables)(靖州蜜饯)

Jingzhou Preserved Fruit is a special snack of Jingzhou Miao and Dong Autonomous County in Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Jingzhou preserved fruit is made from grapefruit, Chinese watermelon, snake melon, cucumber, bitter gourd, jumble beads, tomato, sword bean and other raw materials. It will be first cut into slices, on which a variety of patterns including dragon, phoenix, fish, shrimp, flower, birds, insects and leaves are carved. Zhijiang Duck(芷江鸭)
