Day 1 Hong Kong Arrival

Wong Tai Sin Temple in Hong Kong

Welcome to Hong Kong, Asia’s World City. Upon arrival, your local guide is ready to meet you at the airport, train station, port or metro station. Then, you’ll be escorted to your hotel to check in. The rest of today is free on your own to explore this modern metropolis.

After a rest, you can pay a visit to Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple. This Taoist temple is dedicated to a deified healer named Wong Tai Sin and it is said that when he was 15 an immortal taught Wong how to make a herbal potion that could cure all illness.

Day 2 Hong Kong City Exploration with Walking Experience

Sightseeing and Activities: 2.5 Hour Walking Tour (Admiralty – HSBC Main Building) – Star Ferry – Avenue of Stars – Hong Kong Museum of History

After breakfast, your guide will meet you at your hotel and escort to the Admiralty MTR Station. Set off on your 2.5-hour walking tour in the Admiralty and Central area of Hong Kong. Start your visiting at Central Government Complex of HKSAR, the official residence of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. In the past, when Hong Kong was under British rule, it was the official residence of the Governors of Hong Kong from 1885 to 1997. Then, pass Flagstaff House which is the oldest existing British-style building remaining in Hong Kong and now it has converted into the Museum of the Tea Ware displaying tea paraphernalia from a variety of periods. Continue your walking to the Peak Tram Station where you can find out all about this old mode of transportation-turned attraction at the Peak Tram Historical Gallery. Follow your trip to The Helena May Building for a look at the appearance and then stop to visit St. Joseph’s Church. Built in 1871, this church is a beautiful cathedral in the shape of a cross. If you want to pray, you can go inside for quiet prayer and meditation. You’ll pass by Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens where locals would practice Tai Chi. Then, you’ll walk through Government House, Central Government Office East Wing, and St. John’s Cathedral. Continue your walking to Bank of China Tower which is the work of the renowned Chinese-American architect I.M. Pei and at a height of 367.4 meters. Then, reach HSBC Main Building, the first building of its size in Hong Kong constructed entirely of structural steel without any reinforced concrete used in its inner core. Have a rest at Statue Square.

Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong

Your morning waling is about to end. Then, head to the Central Pier for a relaxing journey with Star Ferry to travel across Victoria Harbor. Star Ferry was rated by National Geographic as one of “50 Places of A Lifetime to Visit”. Enjoy the 10-minutes ride by the distinctive green and white ferry and snap some stunning pictures of the magnificent Hong Kong skyline onboard. Upon arrival at Tsim Sha Tsui pier, savor your stroll along the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade and Avenue of Stars where offers resplendent views across Victoria Harbor to Hong Kong Island. 

Later, you’ll be transferred to Hong Kong Museum of History. The main attraction of this extraordinary museum is a permanent display called the Hong Kong Story. Walk through eight galleries complete with striking life-size replicas and dozens of multimedia displays and the exhibit takes you on a fascinating journey through the history that has shaped the city and its culture as well as the history of development of the territory from its earliest days to British rule and the reunification with China in 1997.

After the visiting, get back to your hotel and have a good rest. 

Day 3 Hong Kong & Hong Kong Departure

Victoria Peak in Hong Kong

After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. Firstly, you’ll experience the quickest and most scenic way to reach up the highest point on Hong Kong Island (552 meters) – Victoria Peak by the legendary Peak Tram which has been operating for more than 130 years as one of the world’s oldest funicular railways. Ascend the Sky Terrace 428 observation deck to enjoy 360-degree spectacular panoramic views of the vibrant city – from the stunning skyline and Victoria Harbor to the tranquility of greenery landscape. If you like, enjoy a walk around and shoot some gorgeous photos. (Optional Hiking Experience on Victoria Peak: Enjoy 1.5-hour Peak Circle Walk starting from Sky Terrace 428 through Lugard Road and then Harlech Road. On the way, you’ll immerse in verdant lush plantation while enjoy vast sea view and amazing Hong Kong skyline.)


Later, be driven far away from the bustling and hustling downtown area to “Hawaii of the Orient” – Repulse Bay. This crescent-shaped stretch of sand is Hong Kong’s most famous beach with long coastline, soft sand, clean water and appropriate temperature and it is also home to some of its richest residents. Appreciate beautiful sea view and visit the Tin Hau Temple situated facing the sea. Continue your visit to Aberdeen Fishing Village where you will get an impressive insight of an old traditional fishing village to view the rows of old junks, sampans and private yachts. (Optional experience: if you like, try the sampan tour sailing on the peaceful harbor which would be a fun way to see parts of the floating village and their way of living.)
