What to Eat in Zunyi

Zunyi Mutton Rice Noodle遵义羊肉粉

Zunyi mutton rice noodle uses fresh mutton to stew soup, then pouring the soup over the rice noodles, putting mutton slices and seasoning. It has been made for more than 300 years. Every place in Guizhou has mutton rice noodle, only Zunyi mutton rice noodle is most famous. There are mutton rice noodle shops everywhere in Zuny, with a great number of easy riders. 

Zunyi Mi Pi(rice skin)遵义米皮 

Rice is milled into rice milk, which is then poured into a steaming plate brushed with cooked oil and steamed evenly. The rice skin is white, spicy and refreshing. It is a vegetarian food snack, because it is made by monks at first. Then it is widely spread in Zunyi, so it is called monk Mi Pi, or Zunyi Mi Pi salad. 

Zunyi Douhua Noodle遵义豆花面

Zunyi Douhua Noodle is soft and smooth, with strong spicy flavor and special flavor. It was created by Zunyi people in the early 20th century. It is a featured snack of Guizhou, with noodles as the main material. The cooking method is mainly to cook vegetables, tasting salty and fresh.

Yellow Cake鸡蛋糕

Zunyi yellow cake is small and exquisite, shaped like a flat drum, one catty is between 35-40. Its appearance is reddish brown with golden yellow inside. 

Potato Baba洋芋粑粑
