Shuicheng Mutton Rice Noodle(水城羊肉粉)

Shuicheng mutton rice noodle is a folk snack in Liupanshui of Guizhou province, and now, it is the main food of Liupanshui people's breakfast. Shuicheng mutton rice noodle originated in the early 1980s. In the early days, people in Shuicheng county rarely ate mutton, and sheep were generally used for folk sacrifice at that time. People do not ate mutton because they didn't like the odor of sheep. 

Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice Chicken(荷叶糯米鸡)

The lotus leaf glutinous rice chicken is one of the special delicacies of Liupanshui, which uses glutinous rice and lotus leaf as the main raw materials, and is a delicately crafted dish. It tastes delicious and fragrant, and reveals a scent of lotus leaves, oil but not greasy. In addition to chicken and glutinous rice, mushrooms, shrimp, hind leg meat and other meat and vegetable can be added as well.

Baking Pan(烙锅) 

Baking Pan is a famous special snack in Liupanshui. It has a history of more than three hundred years. It is very popular with local people and tourists because of its spicy taste, scented smell and unique flavor after it is dipped in sauce. Baking Pan is a snack containing a lot of vegetables and meat, putting all of them in pan and making them baked. Therefore, this dishes is rich in protein, vitamins, cellulose, minerals, and so on, and the nutrition is very balanced.

Lanjia Beef Rice Noodle(蓝家羊肉粉)

Lanjia Beef Rice Noodle is one of the featured specialties of Liupanshui. It is a kind of rice noodle which uses beef as diced meat. Although it is simple to make, it tastes delicious, fresh and tender, and the soup is mellow, which make it popular with local residents and tourists. Materials: beef, rice noodle, sour radish, pickled vegetables, fennel, cinnamon, green onions, salt, chili, soup-stock, coriander, etc. Beef is rich in protein, pickles are rich in vitamins, and rice noodle is rich in carbohydrates. Ham in Panzhou City(盘县火腿)

Panxian ham has a long history in Panzhou City of Liupanshui city, Guizhou province. It looks like Pipa in shape, with wax yellow skin, pink or roseate lean meat, milky white fat meat, tender in texture, rich in flavor, salty and delicious. It is famous for its color, smell and shape.
