The Wudang Taiji Lake Eco-Cultural Tourism Area (武当山太极湖生态文化旅游区) is located in Danjiangkou City, Shiyan, Hubei Province, China. The area spans 57 square kilometers and has a total investment of 18 billion RMB. Leveraging the World Heritage site of Wudang Mountain and the ecological resources of the Danjiangkou Reservoir, the region forms a comprehensive tourism project with a focus on eco-culture.
The area is divided into two main sections: the Taiji Lake New District and the Taiji Lake Tourism District. The New District combines commercial entertainment, health and wellness resorts, and cultural facilities, including a martial arts exchange center and an art gallery. The Tourism District focuses on water tours and outdoor leisure activities, with special projects such as the Taiji Town and yacht clubs.

Transportation
By Car
From Shiyan City: Take the Fuyin Expressway (G70) and exit at the Wudang Mountain exit. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
Alternatively, take National Highway 316, which takes about 1 hour.
By Public Transport
From Shiyan to Wudang Mountain: Take the Shiyan Wudang City Intercity Bus (ticket: 4 RMB) from Shiyan Railway Station Square, then transfer to Bus No. 2 to reach the Wudang Mountain Scenic Area.
From Wudang Mountain Scenic Area to Taiji Lake: Only a 5-minute drive. You can take Bus No. 205 or a taxi.

Parking: The site provides approximately 500 parking spaces near the Wudang Taiji Lake Marina.
