Eel Noodles (鳝鱼意面)

Danzi Noodles (担仔面)

In Taiwan, almost everyone knows Du Xiaoyue Danzi Noodles, which is the most famous Han noodle snack in Tainan. The most unique formula of noddle is the special meat dryness. Only specific successor can know the formula and proportion of the meat. Add with shrimp stock, one shrimp, garlic and parsley, a bowl of delicious snack is appeared. It is a common snack in Tainan which is made by traditional methods. Use soybean as raw material with gypsum powder, sweet potato powder and sugar as accessories. So the Tofu pudding is more tender and delicate than normal.

Sweet Mixed Ice (八宝冰)

The signature sweet mixed ice, with eight kinds of fillings such as: red beans, mung beans, red beans, mashed taro, fenjiao etc. Then add crushed ice and a little bit of brown sugar on the top to highlight the sweetness, which is a bowl of real Taiwan crushed ice.

Oyster Omelets (蚵仔煎)

It is a popular snack in southern fujian, Taiwan, Japan and mainland China. It is made with fresh oysters, vegetables, eggs and flour.
