Benefited from local geography and climate conditions, Aba plateau abounds in rare Chinese herbs such as cordyceps, the bulb of fritillary, gastrodia elata, dangshen, musk, etc.
Qiang Embroidery
Qiang Embroidery are popular in the Wenchuan county and Mao county area with an exotic and distinct ethnic character. The patterns and designs are mostly about Qiang traditional symbols, such as sheep and flowers. The main materials are linen, cotton, or wool. Yunyun shoes and embroidered aprons are the typical works of Qiang Embroidery. In addition, Tibetan bags, hats, Tibet wool, felt, mattress, hanging are also worthwhile to buy as souvenirs.
Tibetan Knife
Tibetan Knife is an essential staff for all Tibetans and has become artistic or craft items. The knives can be divided into three kinds: long knives, short knives and small knives. The longest ones are usually more than a meter, and the smallest ones are just over 10 centimeters in length. Where to Buy
Because Jiuzhaigou is the top 1 destination of traveling Aba and its tourism has been developed earlier than others, so the shopping centers are relatively concentrated in the vicinity of Jiuzhaigou. Of course, many souvenirs can also be found at other scenic spots.
Jiuzhaigou Bianbian Street
With a total length of 2.2 kilometers, Bianbian street is a riverside street full of strong Tibetan customs with traditional Tibetan architectural style. It is about 1km far away from Jiuzhagou entrance. There are many little chophouses, boutique, and pubs standing at the both sides of the street. Wandering along the street, visitors could enjoy their cozy time with endless delight.
Pengfeng Village
As the nearest Tibetan village, Pengfeng Village is located at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It is almost the most prosperous blocks in the Jiuzhaigou, with stores, restaurants, hotels on both sides of the street, from where you can buy your favorite souvenirs with strong ethnic characteristics.

Located at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, it is the only place that you must go through to buy tickets or enter into the scenic spot. Jiuzhaigou Gully Market has a wide variety of stalls selling some small Tibetan articles, yak horn combs, folk craftworks and so on.
