Cuisine of the North Guangxi
When you come to the North Guangxi, namely, Guilin and Liuzhou, the cuisine here is generally heavy in taste, thick in color, good at stewing and fond of being spicy, such as Lipu Steamed Pork(荔浦扣肉).
Cuisine of the Southeast Guangxi

Cuisine of the Coastal Guangxi
Guangxi faces the Beibu Gulf and has a long coastline. Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang have unique geographical advantages. The Beibu Gulf is a famous seafood producing area in the country, which is best known for its blue crab, snail and squid. In the night markets of Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang, the barbecue stalls filled with all kinds of seafood are common, which is dizzying. It comprises the local cuisine of Beihai, Qinzhou and Fangchenggang. It puts emphasis on the flavor and color of the dish, and is good at cooking seafood.
Cuisine of the Ethnic Minority
