Along the way, the scenery transitions from urban fringe to coastal pastoral, with coconut forests and farmland alternating, and occasional sea views in the distance.

The middle section passes through Cow Mountain (牛岭), which is the core uphill section (about 8km of continuous climbing, with a maximum slope of 8%-10%), and the downhill section after the mountain is smooth and safe, with a wide view of the coastal scenery. The latter section enters the Sanya suburban area, with gradually increasing traffic volume.
