Day 1: Arrival in Guangzhou | Airport Pick-up & Hotel Check-in

Arrival at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
You’ll arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, where you will be greeted by a professional guide at the exit. Afterward, you’ll be transferred in a private car to your hotel in downtown Guangzhou.

Hotel Check-in
Upon arrival at your selected hotel, check in and settle into your comfortable room. The hotel offers modern amenities to make your stay relaxing and hassle-free. You will have the rest of the day to yourself to rest after your flight.

Leisure Time
If you’re feeling energetic after your flight, you can use your complimentary metro pass for unlimited travel across Guangzhou’s metro network, offering a great opportunity to explore the city’s landmarks.

Day 2: Guangzhou – Canton Fair

Transfer to the Canton Fair
After breakfast, take the shuttle bus provided by your hotel to the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex). The shuttle service ensures a comfortable and direct transfer to the fairground, allowing you to avoid the hassle of public transportation.

Explore Phase 1 of the Canton Fair (April 15–19)

The Canton Fair is divided into three phases, and today you’ll focus on Phase 1, which covers electronics, appliances, vehicles, manufacturing, and hardware products.
Spend the day walking through the fairgrounds, visiting various exhibitions, and exploring the innovative products and services from international and Chinese suppliers.
Network with other professionals and potential business partners, collect brochures, and attend product demonstrations. The fair is an excellent opportunity to discuss potential deals or get new business ideas.

Lunch

Day 3: Guangzhou – Canton Fair & City Tour

After breakfast, take the shuttle bus to the Canton Fair Complex to continue exploring the fair. Today’s focus will be on Phase 2 (April 23–27), which covers houseware, gifts, furniture, and building materials.

Chen Clan Ancestral Hall: Visit this stunning Lingnan architectural gem. Admire its intricate stone carvings, wood sculptures, and ceramic art while learning about the history of the Chen clan and their cultural heritage.
Lychee Bay: Explore this tranquil historical waterway, which offers a serene atmosphere and is lined with old Cantonese houses. You can take a leisurely walk or boat ride, and visit traditional teahouses where you can enjoy Cantonese dim sum.
Dim Sum Experience: Stop for a traditional dim sum meal. Choose from a wide variety of steamed buns, dumplings, and local teas at a famous teahouse, where locals gather to chat over their morning tea (Yum Cha).
