Take the sightseeing bus to the upper section of Rize Valley and begin your scenic walking route. Stretching approximately 18 kilometers between Nuorilang Waterfall and Virgin Forest, Rize Valley is famous for its colorful lakes, peaceful forests, dramatic waterfalls, and breathtaking mountain scenery.

During today’s hike, explore some of Jiuzhaigou’s most iconic landscapes:

• Five Flower Lake – the highlight of Rize Valley, famous for its crystal-clear water and colorful underwater scenery created by mineral deposits and reflections of surrounding forests.
• Mirror Lake – a peaceful lake where mountains, forests, and skies are beautifully reflected on the calm surface.
• Pearl Shoal Waterfall – a wide cascading waterfall flowing across a unique limestone terrace landscape.
• Virgin Forest – an untouched alpine forest area surrounded by mountains and fresh plateau air.

Walking along the wooden plank trails, you will experience Jiuzhaigou from a closer perspective, passing through quiet forests, colorful lakes, and hidden viewpoints that are often missed during a one-day visit.
