1 Day Huangshan Group Tour – Classic Yellow Mountain Hiking Experience (No Shopping)

Hotel Pickup & Departure to Huangshan Scenic Area

On the evening before departure, your guide will contact you through your hotel between approximately 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM to confirm the exact pickup time for the following morning. If you are unavailable, a message will be left at the hotel front desk.

Around 8:30 AM, your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby holding a name sign. After meeting the group, you will transfer by vehicle to the famous Huangshan Scenic Area (黄山风景区).

Transfer to Yungu Cable Station

After arriving at the scenic area transfer center, you will board the official eco-shuttle bus to Yungu Cable Station (云谷索道站). Travelers may choose to hike or take the optional Yungu Cable Car to save time and energy while enjoying panoramic mountain views.

Optional Cable Car Fee:

• Yungu Cable Car: CNY 80 per person each way

Explore the Classic Scenic Areas of Huangshan

Your guided mountain exploration begins with visits to some of Huangshan’s most iconic attractions. Along the hiking trails, you will discover dramatic granite peaks, twisted ancient pine trees, and spectacular mountain panoramas.

Key attractions include:

• White Goose Peak (白鹅峰) – one of the best panoramic viewpoints in Huangshan
• Beginning-to-Believe Peak (始信峰) – famous for its extraordinary pine trees and stunning scenery
• Black Tiger Pine (黑虎松) – one of Huangshan’s legendary ancient pine trees
• Lion Peak (狮子峰) – a scenic summit with breathtaking mountain views
• Monkey Gazing at the Sea (猴子观海) – Huangshan’s most famous natural rock formation
• Brush Pen Peak (梦笔生花) – a magical rock formation resembling a writing brush blooming with flowers

During the tour, your guide will introduce the legends, geology, and cultural significance of Huangshan while allowing enough time for photography and relaxed sightseeing.

Lunch on the Mountain

Around midday, travelers may enjoy lunch at a mountain-top restaurant inside the scenic area. Lunch is at your own expense and offers simple local Chinese dishes and snacks suitable for hikers and tourists.

Descend the Mountain & Return to Huangshan City

In the afternoon, continue exploring the mountain scenery before descending either by hiking or optional cable car. After returning to the transfer center, the group will drive back to Huangshan City.

Expected return time is approximately 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, depending on weather and traffic conditions.

Your memorable Huangshan adventure concludes upon arrival back in the city.
