Thank you for choosing Yaso Trip, including our affiliated brands Yunnan Exploration, China Dragon Tours, Voyages Yunnan, Mysterious Tibet, and Yaso Trip. To ensure a safe, smooth, and well-organized journey, please carefully read the following important travel notes before departure. These guidelines help you prepare in advance and allow us to deliver a more efficient and personalized travel service throughout your trip.

    1. Health, Altitude & Climate Adaptation

Some destinations such as Yunnan, Tibet, and Southwest China are located in high-altitude or complex terrain regions, where mild altitude reactions may occur during the first days of travel. It is recommended to keep a relaxed pace upon arrival, avoid strenuous activities, alcohol, and smoking, and allow your body sufficient rest time. Drinking plenty of water, eating light meals, and avoiding sudden temperature changes will help with adaptation. Travelers should also avoid bathing immediately after long-distance travel. If symptoms such as headache, dizziness, fatigue, or shortness of breath occur, please inform your guide immediately for assistance.

    2. Itinerary, Booking & Service Confirmation

Before departure, please carefully review all travel details including itinerary, hotel category, transportation arrangements, meal inclusions, and guide services. Ensure all confirmed services match your booking contract. If any inconsistency is found, please contact us before departure or immediately upon arrival to avoid misunderstandings. Clear confirmation at this stage ensures smooth execution of your journey.

    3. Communication & On-Trip Issue Handling

We prioritize your satisfaction during the trip. If any issue arises, please inform your guide or local office immediately so it can be resolved promptly. Real-time communication is essential for effective service adjustment. Please note that issues not reported during the trip may be difficult to verify or resolve afterward, so immediate feedback is strongly encouraged to ensure proper handling.

    4. Service Standards & Regional Differences

China is a large country with significant regional differences in tourism infrastructure. Major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu offer modern facilities and higher service standards, while remote areas may have simpler accommodations and basic services. These differences are part of the authentic travel experience. We kindly ask for understanding and flexibility when traveling in rural or less-developed regions.

    5. Travel Distance & Road Conditions

Some scenic destinations involve long-distance travel and complex road conditions, especially in mountainous or remote areas such as the Three Parallel Rivers Region, Dongchuan Red Land, and Tibetan Plateau regions. Roads may be winding, weather conditions may affect travel time, and actual journey duration may be longer than expected. A flexible schedule and relaxed mindset are recommended for these routes.

    6. Respect & Cooperation with Guides and Drivers

Our guides and drivers are professional service staff dedicated to ensuring your travel experience. Please maintain respectful communication and cooperate with daily arrangements. In some regions, communication styles may be more direct due to local cultural habits, which should not be misunderstood as service issues. Mutual respect helps ensure a smoother and more enjoyable journey.

    7. Itinerary Changes & Service Adjustments

If you need to modify your itinerary, accommodation, or services during the trip, a formal Service Modification Agreement must be signed and confirmed with your guide or travel consultant. Any changes may result in additional costs or adjustments depending on the situation. All modifications must be officially recorded to ensure transparency and avoid disputes.

    8. Tipping Guidelines

Tipping is not mandatory in China but is widely appreciated in the tourism industry. If you are satisfied with the service, you may offer a tip to your guide and driver at the end of the trip as a gesture of appreciation for their professionalism and effort.

    9. Service Evaluation & Feedback

At the end of your journey, please complete the service evaluation form. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us continuously improve our service quality. We welcome both suggestions and comments to enhance future travel experiences.

    10. Personal Preferences & Customization

To better design your journey, please inform us in advance about your dietary needs, travel interests, preferred pace, and accommodation expectations. Whether you prefer cultural exploration, photography, adventure, nature, or relaxation, clear communication allows us to create a more suitable and personalized Yaso Trip experience.

    11. Accommodation & Dining in Remote Areas

In remote regions, accommodations may be simple but clean and safe, while dining options may be limited and local in style. International-standard facilities may not always be available. We recommend adjusting expectations in advance and embracing the authentic local lifestyle as part of the travel experience.

    12. Meal Arrangements During Travel

Even if you choose not to participate in certain meals, please allow sufficient time for your guide and driver to have their meals. This ensures they remain energized and attentive throughout the journey and helps maintain safe and smooth daily operations.

    13. Personal Safety & Valuables

Please keep your passport, cash, and valuables secure at all times. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash when unnecessary and use hotel safes when available. In remote areas, recovery of lost items may be difficult, so careful personal management is strongly advised throughout the trip.

    14. Customer Service Support

Our support team is available throughout your journey to assist with any issues or inquiries. You may contact us via: Tel/WhatsApp: +86-18288911198, WeChat: 270384698, or Email: [email protected]. We are committed to providing continuous support from arrival to departure.

    15. Payment Reminder

If there is any remaining balance, please prepare payment within the first 1–2 days after arrival. Cash in RMB is preferred for convenience. For credit card payments, please request an authorization form from your guide and complete the signature process on-site.

    16. Complaints & Service Policy (Important Notice)

If you are dissatisfied with any service during the trip, you must report it immediately while still on the journey so we can take prompt corrective action. We are committed to resolving issues in real time and improving your experience during travel. Complaints submitted only after returning home may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify or rectify issues after the trip has ended. Therefore, all concerns must be communicated during the journey to ensure effective resolution. We do not accept retrospective complaints or compensation claims raised after departure, including feedback posted on third-party platforms without prior on-trip communication, as no immediate verification or improvement opportunity was provided at that time.

    Travel Confidently with Yaso Trip

By following these guidelines, you help ensure a safer, smoother, and more enjoyable journey. Yaso Trip is committed to delivering authentic, high-quality travel experiences across China and Asia, and we look forward to creating unforgettable memories with you.
