Shaoxing Rice Wine

Shaoxing Rice Wine enjoys a good fame with long history. It was rated as one of the top ten famous throughout China during Qing dynasty. It won several gold medals in different activities and fairs like Nanyang Commodity Exposition in 1915, World's Fair in Panama in 1915, Zhejiang-Jiangxi Specialty Exhibition in 1936, etc. Shaoxing Rice Wine was awarded as "national wine" in 1979. It has long history and high quality. And it is the top one choice for those who go to Shaoxing.

Shaoxing Fermented Bean Curd

What makes Shaoxing Fermented Bean Curd different is the unique water from Jianhu Lake and Shaoxing Rice Wine. It was known abroad because of the Nanyang Commodity Exposition and World's Fair in Panama. It also won several rewards in different fairs and expositions.

Shaoxing Wine

Shaoxing Wine is also called "Aged Wine". It is one of the 18 famous wines in China. Shaoxing Wine is exported to nearly 30 countries and regions, with a year more than 5000 tons, accounting first in yellow wine sales in China.

Shaoxing Torreya Grandis

The county-level city, Shengzhou, is "the hometown of Chinese torreya grandis", which is the source area of the torreya grandis, with a cultivation history of over 1300 years. Therefore, you could buy Shaoxing Torreya Grandis with better quality.

Shengzhou Gunpowder Tea

Known as the hometown of Chinese tea with abundant tea resources and long history of tea producing, Shengzhou gunpowder tea enjoys good shape, decent color, fine fragrance, authentic smell, bright and light green color of tea water.

Dafo Tea

In addition to the Shengzhou Gunpowder Tea, also try Dafo Tea which comes from Xinchang County. Dafo Tea is mainly distributed in the high mountain tea area over 400 meters above sea level so that it has the typical flavor of high mountain tea.

Business Street in Jiefang Road

Jiefang Road is the most bustling commercial street in Shaoxing. There are all sorts of shopping malls and stores there. What’s more, renowned tourist attractions like Luxun’s Former Residence, Cangqiaozhijie, the Monument of the martyrs Qiujin and Shaoxing City Square are near this area.

It is a street that is perfect for shopping and visiting.
