Imperial Cake(御饼) 

Imperial cake is also called Poria cake. It is said that on the day when Zhao Kuangyin became emperor, he gave the dessert to the minister of civil and military affairs, hence the name. The shape of its crust is similar to that of Chinese medicine cloud poria cocos, so it is called poria cake in folk. Its characteristic is the sweet, soft, palatable and aromatic flavor.

Shaolin Zen Tea(少林禅茶)

Xiaoxiang Chrysanthemum(小相菊花)

Xiaoxiang Chrysanthemum, a specialty in Gongyi city of Zhengzhou city, has geographical indication of national agricultural products. Xiaoxiang Chrysanthemum is native to Xiaoxiang village of Luzhuang town in Gongyi city, on the Banks of Xiushui river, with deep loess layer and fertile soil, which are suitable for the growth of Chrysanthemum. Xiaoxiang Chrysanthemum is an excellent variety of wild yellow chrysanthemum, which is sweet in taste and nature, rich in amino acids, flavonoids, vitamins, calcium, magnesium and other trace elements, and has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, protecting liver and improving eyesight, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals, and nourishing skin and lengthen life.
