How to Choose the Best Qianxinan Attractions
For a first visit, spend two or three days in Xingyi exploring Wanfenglin, Malinghe Canyon and Wanfeng Lake. Travellers with an additional two days can continue to Zhenfeng and Anlong for Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge, Shuangrufeng and Zhaodi.
History-focused visitors should add Qinglong, while tea and wellness travellers can combine Pu’an and Xingren. Ceheng and Wangmo are more suitable for repeat visitors, cultural groups and travellers seeking less commercialized Buyi villages and river landscapes.
The most balanced introductory route is:
Xingyi – Wanfenglin – Malinghe River Canyon – Wanfeng Lake – Anlong – Zhenfeng – Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge
