    Liupanshui is located in the western part of Guizhou province, at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. It is an important part of "Panxi-Liupanshui Comprehensive Resources Development Zone". Within the territory, There are Guikun(Guiyang-Kunming) Railway, Neikun(Neijiang city-Kunming) Railway, Shuibai(Liupanshui-Baiguo Town) Railway, ZhuLiu complex line, Panxi Railway and Liuzhan complex Line passing through. The highway network that takes Shuihuang high-grade highway, GZ65 national highway main line, Shuipan highway and Panbai highway as the trunk, and county, township and village three-level highways crisscross, has been formed. Therefore, Liupanshui's important traffic hub position in southwest area is more prominent.

    Liupanshui Yuezhao Airport(六盘水月照机场)
    Liupanshui Yuezhao airport is located at the junction of Daba village in Yuezhao sub-district of Zhongshan district and Dayao village in Dongdi sub-district of Shuicheng county. The airport is 10.5 kilometers of straight-line distance from the downtown of Liupanshui city, and the distance of ordinary highway is about 15 kilometers. Liupanshui Yuezhao airport is officially opened to traffic on November 28, 2014. At present, it has opened domestic routes such as BeijingShanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, KunmingGuiyangHangzhou, Changsha, Xi'an, Fuzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Zhengzhou and Tianjin.

    3. Panzhou Railway Station(盘州火车站)
    Panzhou Railway Station is located in Panzhou City of Liupanshui City, belonging to China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. In March 2015, construction of Panzhou Railway Station of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway Station was officially started, and then officially opened on December 28, 2016. As of December 2016, Panzhou Railway Station covered an area of 25,100 square meters with 3 platforms.

    By Long-distance Bus

    The highway network in Liupanshui that takes Shuihuang high-grade highway, GZ65 national highway main line, Shuipan highway and Panbai highway as the trunk, and county, township and village three-level highways crisscross, has been formed. There are long-distance buses from Guiyang to Langdai town, Liuzhi special district, Shuicheng County, Hongguo sub-district and other places in Liupanshui.

    How to Get round Liupanshui

    Taxi

    Currently, there are at least 1200 taxis in the downtown area, mainly in the vehicle models of Poussan, Jetta and Citroen, belonging to at least 17 taxi companies. Starting price in the downtown is 2 yuan, it generally costs 5 yuan in the downtown, 10 yuan in the evening. You can negotiate the price with the driver if you need to go to somewhere outside the downtown.

    City Bus

    There are many bus routes in Liupanshui downtown, basically covering the main roads and buildings in the city. The first departure time of the bus is usually at 6:30 and the last departure time is slightly different, the latest is at 23:00. Taking No.8, 10, 12, 13, 19, 20, 22, 25, 27 28 and other buses can take you to Liupanshui railway station. The fare is 1-3 yuan.

    Regular Bus

    Liupanshui has jurisdiction over 4 administrative areas, and each area has its own bus stations. Therefore, regular buses between various districts, city and county are available. By taking regular bus from one county to another within Liupanshui city, you will be closer to local life.
