Ham in Panzhou City(盘县火腿)

Panxian ham has a long history in Panzhou City of Liupanshui city, Guizhou province. It looks like Pipa in shape, with wax yellow skin, pink or roseate lean meat, milky white fat meat, tender in texture, rich in flavor, salty and delicious. It is famous for its color, smell and shape. 

Shuicheng Mutton Rice Noodle(水城羊肉粉)

Shuicheng mutton rice noodle is a folk snack in Liupanshui of Guizhou province, and now, it is the main food of Liupanshui people's breakfast. Shuicheng mutton rice noodle originated in the early 1980s. In the early days, people in Shuicheng county rarely ate mutton, and sheep were generally used for folk sacrifice at that time. People do not ate mutton because they didn't like the odor of sheep. Today, like instant noodles, Shuicheng mutton rice noodle is also available in bags, which can be sold at the supermarkets in Liupanshui. You can take some home when you travel in Liupanshui.

Shuicheng Se-enriched Tea(水城富硒茶)

With a long history of tea production, Shuicheng is one of the 42 key tea development counties in Guizhou province. Within the territory, moderate climate and abundant rainfall, coupled with deep soil layer rich in organic content, make it a place suitable for tea planting. Shuicheng Se-enriched Tea is a specialty of Shuicheng county, Liupanshui city, Guizhou province. The tea is rich in organic selenium and more than 10 kinds of trace elements necessary for human body. The tea has excellent quality, unique flavor, long-lasting aroma, bright tea soup color, fresh and mellow taste. 

Lang Dai Jiang(郎岱酱)

Langdai Sauce is a unique specialty of Liuzhi special district, Liupanshui, Guizhou province. Langdai sauce(Lang Dai Jiang) originated from Goujiang(构酱) in ancient Yelang kingdom and has a history of several hundred years. Its color is like the sunset glow, it smells mellow and fresh, and it tastes sweet and salty. You could buy it at the supermarkets or traditional marketplaces in Liupanshui. 

Yanjiao Noodle(岩脚面)

Yanjiao Noodle, a specialty of Liuzhi special district of Guizhou province, is a national geographic indication product of China. Yanjiao Noodle is produced in the karst environment with many karst caves, clear and sweet water, rich minerals and trace elements, taking the high quality wheat refined powder produced in Liuzhi special district as the main raw material (add proper buckwheat powder, fresh eggs and fresh soya-bean milk, vegetable juice, etc.), using edible alkali, salt, vegetable oil as complementary makings. The finished noodle is fragrant, smooth, chewy and crispy. Yanjiao noodles are sold at the supermarkets and traditional farm produce markets in liupanshui and are favored by local hotels.
