Shuicheng mutton rice noodle is a folk snack in Liupanshui of Guizhou province, and now, it is the main food of Liupanshui people's breakfast. Shuicheng mutton rice noodle originated in the early 1980s. In the early days, people in Shuicheng county rarely ate mutton, and sheep were generally used for folk sacrifice at that time. People do not ate mutton because they didn't like the odor of sheep. 

Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice Chicken(荷叶糯米鸡)

The lotus leaf glutinous rice chicken is one of the special delicacies of Liupanshui, which uses glutinous rice and lotus leaf as the main raw materials, and is a delicately crafted dish. It tastes delicious and fragrant, and reveals a scent of lotus leaves, oil but not greasy. Ham in Panzhou City(盘县火腿)
