Wulong is part of the South China Karst UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, a National 5A Scenic Area, and a national tourism resort known as the “World Karst Ecological Museum.” It features six rare karst landscapes in one region: tiankeng sinkholes, natural stone bridges, karst fissures, giant caves, alpine grasslands, and canyon river systems, forming a highly rare vertical geological landscape.

1. Three Natural Bridges (Wulong Landmark)
The Three Natural Bridges are the largest natural bridge cluster in Asia, forming the rare structure of “three bridges enclosing two sinkholes.” Each bridge exceeds 240 meters in height.
- Tianlong Bridge: Double-arch natural bridge; home to Tianfu Post House (天福官驿); filming location of Curse of the Golden Flower
- Qinglong Bridge: Highest drop; rainbow effects after rain; featured in Transformers 4
- Black Dragon Bridge: Quiet canyon with springs and mist pools

2. Longshuixia Fissure Gorge
A 5km-long karst fissure canyon with depths of 200–500m, narrowing to just about 1 meter, known as a “crack of the Earth.”
Key highlights: 80m Galaxy Waterfall, Nine Pools and Eighteen Cascades, underground rivers, cliff walkways. The gorge is cool, humid, and misty year-round, ideal for hiking and exploration.
3. Fairy Mountain National Forest Park
Located at 1,900m altitude, Fairy Mountain combines vast forests and alpine grasslands, often called the “Swiss Alps of Chongqing.”

4. Furong Cave
A 1.2-million-year-old limestone cave with a constant temperature of 16°C, known as an “underground art palace.”
Core highlights: Giant Curtain Waterfall, Coral Jade Pool, Source of Life, Stone Flowers, Golden Jade Columns. The cave features illuminated formations and reflective pools, creating a crystal-like underground world.
5. Furong River Canyon
An emerald-green river flowing through deep karst cliffs. Boat cruises pass through steep canyon walls, caves, and rock formations, offering a calm scenic water journey.
6. Baima Mountain
A rising eco-resort overlooking the Wujiang River, featuring cliff observation decks, tea plantations, motorsports base, wellness resorts, and night view platforms, combining nature and leisure experiences.
