Situated at an elevation of approximately 2,200 meters, it is a highland herb and flower sightseeing park covering around 2,200 mu. Often described as the “Provence of the Plateau,” the manor features extensive lavender fields as well as a variety of ornamental flowers and fruit trees. It combines flower-field sightseeing with displays of herbal and lavender-themed cultural and creative products.

From September to October, Gesang flowers and autumn chrysanthemums come into bloom. From November to March of the following year, most flowers in the garden have withered, and there is generally little flower-viewing value.
