Haiyun Sand Beach, situated on the east causeway of Bali Lake Park in Bali Lake New Area, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is the only large-scale high-standard man-made simulated coastal beach in Jiangxi Province. Constructed from August 2011 to May 2012, the beach adopts a two-layer sand structure (river sand at the bottom and sea sand transported from Fujian at the surface), covering a total area of about 18,000 square meters. It is equipped with tropical-style greenery, a service center, net-cage swimming pool boats, and a children's beach amusement area. Free and open all day long (2026, water activities and catering are extra charged), no ticket reservation is required. It is a parent-child destination to experience the "island vibe" in an inland city and a popular spot for sunset photography. You can walk or cycle to connect with the greenway of Bali Lake Park, sail sculpture, gymnasium and other urban landscapes.
