Beilv Pastoral · Heifengguan Ancient Town (北旅田园・黑风关古镇) is located in Tangjiacun Village, Xinli Town, Dawa District, Panjin (盘锦大洼区新立镇唐家村). It is a National 4A-level cultural tourism resort covering about 1,100 mu (≈73 hectares). The project is themed on the historical campaign of Xue Rengui (薛礼) during the Tang Dynasty, recreating a frontier fortress city combined with Tang-style streets, water-town canals, rural landscapes, hot spring wellness, and live performances.
The scenic area is designed as a fully immersive Tang-style cultural resort, often called the “Little Chang’an of Northeast China.” It combines lantern-lit streets, canal boating, interactive NPC storytelling, and large-scale stage performances. By day, it feels like a living ancient market; by night, it transforms into a glowing cultural stage with fire shows and theatrical performances.

Scenic Area Highlights
Fortress Gate & Ancient City Core
The Black Wind Pass Fortress Gate (黑风关城楼) is the main landmark, offering panoramic views of canals and rice fields. Morning opening ceremonies feature armored guards and parade performances, creating a strong historical atmosphere.
Tang Market Streets
The Tang-style market streets (唐人市井三街) are lined with lanterns, tea houses, taverns, craft shops, and interactive NPC missions. Visitors can collect stamps and exchange them for souvenirs.
Lantern Water Canal
The canal area is one of the most photographed zones. Wooden boats pass under lantern-lit bridges, and evening reflections create a cinematic atmosphere, especially popular for Hanfu photography.
Military Drill Ground
This area offers archery, throwing games, and interactive reenactments such as ceremonial performances and wedding shows, suitable for families and couples.
Datang Happy Valley (Amusement Zone)
This area includes more than 60 attractions combining light thrill rides and family entertainment. Popular activities include glass water slides, rainbow slides, jungle crossings, sky bicycles, giant swings, and seasonal water obstacle courses.
Family-friendly zones include mini roller coasters, pet interaction areas, sand play zones, and a scenic train that circles rice fields and the outer park area.
Hot Spring Area & Rice Field Zone
The Moon Spring Hot Spring area (月牙泉温泉) includes indoor pools and outdoor garden-style hot springs, ideal for relaxation after daytime activities. Entry is included in full-day tickets.

Daytime highlights include gate-opening ceremonies, court trials, bridal throwing shows, street flash performances, and NPC interactions.
Evening performances are the main highlight. The 1600°C Iron Flower Fire Show (非遗打铁花) creates a spectacular fire rain effect over the water square, followed by Tang palace stage dramas, aerial performances, and seasonal drone light shows.
Recommended Itineraries
A one-day itinerary typically includes morning entry, costume rental, street exploration, amusement rides in the afternoon, boat rides at sunset, and night performances before departure.
A two-day stay offers a more relaxed experience. Day one focuses on night shows and hot springs with hotel stay inside the scenic area. Day two covers full amusement activities, rice field walks, and daytime performances before returning.
Food & Dining
The food street features Panjin local specialties such as river crab porridge (盘锦河蟹粥), seafood buns, grilled skewers, fried river shrimp, sugar art, and traditional desserts. Themed Tang-style banquet restaurants and farmhouse stews are available for group dining.
Travel Tips
Light-colored clothing or Hanfu works best for photography, especially in lantern streets and canal areas. Summer visitors should prepare for water rides and heat, while winter visitors should focus on hot springs and warm clothing.
Night performances may be canceled during severe weather, and no major night shows operate on Mondays. Booking online is cheaper than on-site tickets, and full-day passes offer better value for groups.
Pets are not allowed inside the park. Some attractions have height and safety restrictions. For accommodation, on-site hot spring hotels provide the best night experience, while nearby Dawa hotels offer more budget-friendly options within a 30-minute drive.
