From the start, Robin was incredibly responsive and attentive to all my questions and needs, offering great help during the planning and coordination stages. Her excellent service made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. During the trip, Michael, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, funny, and incredibly informative throughout the tour. As Muslims, it was especially important to us that our food options were halal, and Michael ensured we enjoyed delicious local halal dishes every day. His thoughtfulness and care truly made the experience memorable. Our driver, Mr. Feng, was another highlight. He was a cautious and skilled driver, ensuring our safety throughout the trip. The car was always spotless, making our travels comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best parts of the trip was that Yaso Trip arranged for us to catch up with a local friend in Xi’an, which added a personal touch to our experience and made it even more special.
